The Secret of the Forgotten Paper

Like an outbreak written on a paper;
It burns slowly but with no light.

I speak to all who stay silent,
from feelings that should be exploding.

I never told this to anyone,
but here I felt confident that none
may read and stumble on to it.

I was too in love with you,
that I forgot that I need to think,
but before I could remind myself.

I was already burned by the flames of your presence.

I woke up like it was just yesterday,
but time failed to fool me today,
that there's no way I can escape…

from
a memory I buried in a paper.

A paper was torn from your notebook,
that I hid beneath my pillow,
written in cryptic language,
and kept under all the feelings that reside in me.

I forgot that time does follow,
and slowly grew vines in my heart,
and all that was kept remained untold…

until now…

From vines, grew flowers…
From trees, grew leaves…
From memories, grew heartaches…

There's a paper hidden somewhere in this garden.

Locked by silence and melancholy.

Seek for it…

Release it from darkness…

Unlock this emptiness that binds me from the past.

The Question: Is there really a paper?
